Too Many Choices on This Week's New Yorker Contest

This one was too easy. There were the obvious ones like

"These people need to unwind."
or
"Our staff seems run-down."
or
"I see you've got your department all ratcheted up."
or
"Why is everyone so cranky?"

but everyone's going to come up with those, so I went a little more vague. I hope not too much so.
